32AD is an independent and self-produced, real/organic, music project. Genres include Rock, Metal, and CCM with an authentic rock style delivery.

32AD was officiated onto the scene by founding members A Apodaca (songwriter, rhythm/lead guitars, and vocals), and D Vasquez (songwriter, rhythm/bass guitars). Later songs included J Bishop (bass guitar).

Formed as a new project in 2019, 32AD has always believed that music should help people rise above their circumstances.

The first album was a metal demo EP that entered the scene in December 2020 (Test Of The Enemy), which was followed by a rock demo EP (Enough For Me) a year later. The third album comes at the end of 2026 (Set Me On Fire).


In this dark world, good rock-n-roll should provide a positive and enlightening message. 32AD believes music should help people rise above their circumstances, and help people from being overtaken by the world to being an overcomer of the world, with light and truth.

The name 32AD represents a legendary year and time in history when the Messiah rocked the world. It is said of God that, "the Lord, whom you seek, will suddenly come to His temple" (Mal 3:1). "He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him. But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name" (Jhn 1:11-12).

The scripture says that all people have fallen short of God and broken His commandments. The cost of our sin is death and eternal separation from God. However, God sent forth His Son Jesus, who paid for our sins with His own life. When we confess Him as LORD then we are immediately acquitted of our sin, reconciled back to God, and we now have eternal life.  Learn more.
